Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen lima beans
  • 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup diced, cooked carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked, diced ham

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except buttered bread crumbs and place in a casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle the top with buttered bread crumbs.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender.
