- Place the ham steak on a rack in a broiler pan.
- Brush the pineapple juice mixture over the ham.
- Broil the ham under a preheated hot broiler for 10 minutes, brushing once more with the mixture.
- Turn the ham and arrange pineapple slices on the broiler rack.
- Brush the ham and pineapple slices with the pineapple juice mixture.
- Broil until glazed and heated through, about 10 minutes.
