Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. tomato soup
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice and set aside.
  2. While the rice is standing, brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, and chopped onion.
  3. Simmer the beef mixture until the onion is tender.
  4. Add the tomato soup and heat through before serving.
