Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Parker House rolls
  • Velveeta cheese slices
  • hamburger dill pickle slices

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, dry onion soup mix, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Split the package of Parker House rolls open.
  3. Pat half of the raw meat mixture onto each roll bottom half.
  4. Top the meat with pickle slices and Velveeta cheese slices.
  5. Put the rolls back together and cover with foil.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
