Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 box egg noodles
  • 1 pint sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté chopped onion and green pepper until tender.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the can of cream of mushroom soup and canned mushrooms.
