Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger mix
  • 1 (14 oz.) pork and beans
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pack sliced American cheese
  • 1 large can biscuits

Instructions

  1. Scramble hamburger meat with chopped onion until cooked through.
  2. Drain excess fat from the meat mixture.
  3. Add mustard, ketchup, and pork and beans to the meat mixture; stir to combine.
  4. Flatten biscuits on a baking sheet to form a crust.
  5. Spread the meat and bean mixture evenly over the flattened biscuits.
  6. Bake at 425°F until the biscuits are golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Add sliced American cheese halfway through baking to melt over the top.
