Ingredients

  • 2 lb hamburger
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup sour cream
  • shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Fry and season the hamburger with salt and pepper; drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream to the cooked hamburger; mix well.
  3. Open the hot dog buns without pulling them apart.
  4. Fill each bun with the hot hamburger mixture.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each filled bun.
  6. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
