Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • cabbage

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. While browning, add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until tender.
  3. Steam the cabbage until soft.
  4. Drain the cooked meat and cabbage.
  5. Mix the drained meat and cabbage together in a large bowl.
  6. Add a tablespoon of water, salt, pepper, and additional salt to taste, then stir well.
