Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger, raw
  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Crumble the raw hamburger evenly in a baking dish.
  2. Add the sliced potatoes, carrots, celery, diced onions, tomato soup, mushroom soup, water, salt, and pepper to the dish.
  3. Mix all ingredients together evenly.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for 2 to 3 hours, until vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
