Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package brown gravy mix
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 can French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet; pour off excess drippings.
  2. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add water and stir in gravy mix and mushrooms.
  4. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in sour cream and 1 cup of the fried onions.
  6. Heat for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve over noodles and top with remaining fried onions.
