Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can water
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger and chopped onion in a skillet until fully cooked.
  2. Add the mushroom soup, water, peeled and cubed potatoes, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well and cover, then cook in the skillet, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
  4. Alternatively, transfer to a casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes until potatoes are done.
