Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • small box Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 can Spanish rice
  • 1 large can pinto beans

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat and chopped onions in a skillet; drain off excess grease.
  2. Add the can of Spanish rice and pinto beans to the skillet; cook until heated through.
  3. Pour the mixture into a long cake pan.
  4. Top with thinly sliced Velveeta cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with Fritos.
