- Break eggs into a bowl and stir until creamy.
- Add sugar and stir well.
- Gradually add flour to make a stiff dough.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of lightly floured wax paper to about 3/4 inch thickness.
- Cut into round shapes, or roll into snakes or donuts.
- Place the cut shapes on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Let stand overnight for 10 to 12 hours.
- Bake at 325°F until brown and hard.
