Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 to 5 lb. boned butterflied leg of lamb
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dried crumbled rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil

Instructions

  1. Place meat on a rack in a roasting pan.
  2. Combine all ingredients; spread over the roast.
  3. Let stand at least one hour before cooking.
