Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 jar baby food prunes
  • 1 jar baby food apricots
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, sugar, and eggs together and blend well.
  2. Add baby food prunes, baby food apricots, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix thoroughly.
  3. Blend in self-rising flour and nuts until combined.
  4. Pour batter into a sprayed Bundt pan.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
