Ingredients

  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. ham, cubed
  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 8 oz. American cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cubed ham, frozen hash browns, chopped onion, and shredded American cheese.
  2. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  3. Combine crushed corn flakes and melted butter; sprinkle this mixture evenly over the casserole.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
