Hassel Back Potatoes
Hassel Back Potatoes are crispy, tender baked potatoes with a decorative cut, topped with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs, perfect as a hearty side dish for family dinners.

Instructions
- Peel potatoes or leave skins on and scrub with a brush.
- With a sharp knife, slice each potato crosswise every 1/4 to 1/2 inch, but not quite all the way through.
- Place potatoes in a buttered pie plate.
- Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 425°F.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs over potatoes and drizzle with remaining butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Baste with butter from the pie plate and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until tender.
