Ingredients

  • 15 oz. box Raisin Bran
  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 quart buttermilk
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 5 teaspoons soda
  • 4 eggs beaten

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients as named.
  2. Let the mixture set in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with muffin liners or sprayed with Pam.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
