Ingredients

  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c. dried powdered milk
  • 1 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • crushed corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash hands and apples.
  2. Cut apples into sections.
  3. Place apple slices into a frying pan; cover with cider.
  4. Cover pan and bring to a boil.
  5. Simmer until apples are soft.
  6. Cool.
  7. Place small amounts of cooked apples into a food mill or ricer and grind.
  8. Add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
