- In a saucepan, combine corn or canola oil, honey, and vanilla extract; warm over low heat until blended.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, chopped almonds, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
- Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before storing or serving.
