Instructions
- Saute chopped celery, chopped onion, and sliced mushrooms in a small amount of oil until tender.
- Mix the sautéed vegetables with mushroom soup, milk, salt, cooked rice, and mayonnaise.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes. For the last 15 minutes, sprinkle sliced almonds if desired.
