Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen French-style green beans
  • 1 pkg. frozen baby lima beans
  • 1 pkg. frozen petite peas
  • 3 green peppers, seeded and cut in narrow strips
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 green onions with tops, chopped

Instructions

  1. Steam the frozen green beans, baby lima beans, and peas for a few minutes until thawed and separated.
  2. Drain the vegetables and let them cool.
  3. Add the chopped green peppers and green onions to the cooled vegetables.
  4. Put the vegetable mixture into a buttered 3-quart shallow casserole dish.
