Ingredients

  • 1 small angel food cake
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Break the angel food cake into pieces and place them in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Mix the pineapple with the vanilla pudding mix and the juice.
  3. Add the Cool Whip to the pineapple mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Pour the pineapple and pudding mixture over the angel food cake pieces.
  5. Garnish with additional Cool Whip on top.
  6. Optional: sprinkle with nuts and extra pineapple for added texture and flavor.
