Ingredients

  • 1 c. canning salt
  • 1 qt. vinegar (white)
  • 2 qt. water
  • 1 grape leaf
  • 1 Tbsp. dill seed
  • 1 garlic bud
  • 1 hot pepper

Instructions

  1. In the bottom of a jar, place 1 grape leaf, dill seed, garlic bud, and hot pepper.
  2. Put the pickles into the jar.
  3. Fill the jar with the vinegar, water, and salt solution.
  4. Seal the jar and store.
