Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine oleo, chopped onion, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, catsup, and water in a saucepan.
  2. Simmer the mixture for 20 minutes.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings.
  4. Marinate the wings for 24 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Bake the wings uncovered for 1 hour.
