Herb Cheese Dip

A creamy herb cheese dip blending cottage cheese and cream cheese, infused with fresh herbs, perfect for parties, snacks, or with crackers for a flavorful appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. crumbled thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. basil

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Add cream cheese and blend until well combined.
  3. Stir chopped parsley, chopped chives, salt, thyme, and basil into the mixture.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Garnish with additional parsley before serving.
  6. Serve with crackers.
