Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1% fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 Tbsp thin sliced scallions
  • 1 Tbsp skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp minced fresh garlic
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp chervil
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients, except chives, in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Cover and chill to blend flavors. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
