Ingredients

  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can wax beans
  • 3/4 cup basil vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned green beans, kidney beans, and wax beans.
  2. Combine basil vinegar, sugar, and oil in a saucepan and heat slightly to dissolve the sugar. Allow to cool.
  3. Add the drained beans and chopped herbs to the cooled vinegar mixture.
  4. Marinate the salad overnight before serving.
