Hiker Bars
Chewy, nutritious homemade granola bars with peanut butter and dried fruit, perfect for hikers, busy mornings, or a healthy snack on the go.

Instructions
- In a large saucepan, stir in brown sugar and honey. Bring to a boil.
- Stir constantly and remove from heat.
- Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
- Stir in whole grain cereal flakes.
- Add mixed dried fruit bits and stir until well coated.
- Spread the mixture into a greased pan.
- Press reserved fruit bits on top.
- Cool completely.
- Cut into bars and wrap each in plastic wrap.
