Ingredients

  • 8-10 red or white potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes, onion, and green pepper into strips.
  2. Layer half of the sliced potatoes, onions, and green pepper on a sheet of foil.
  3. Add half of the butter and garlic powder on top of the layered vegetables.
  4. Repeat with the remaining vegetables, butter, and garlic powder.
  5. Wrap the foil securely to form a sealed packet.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour or until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Alternatively, grill the foil packet until cooked through.
