Ingredients

  • 2 packages lime jello (3 oz each)
  • 5 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 package lemon jello (3 oz)
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz), undrained

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve two packages of lime jello (3 oz each) in 2 cups boiling water and 2 cups cold water.
  2. Pour the lime jello mixture into a 9x13 inch dish and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
  3. Dissolve one package of lemon jello (3 oz) in 1 cup boiling water.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows and 1 package of softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add 1 cup mayonnaise and mix well.
  6. Fold in one can of undrained crushed pineapple (8 oz).
  7. Pour the lemon jello mixture over the set lime layer and refrigerate until firm.
  8. Dissolve two packages of cherry jello (3 oz each) in 2 cups boiling water.
  9. Pour the cherry jello over the lemon layer and refrigerate until fully set.
  10. Cut into slices and serve chilled.
