Instructions
- Cream sugars and shortening together.
- Add eggs, vanilla and warm water to creamed mixture; blend well.
- Add flour, baking soda and baking powder, which have been sifted together.
- Combine oatmeal, coconut and nuts together; add to mixture.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 8 minutes, or until done.
