Homemade Corn Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 fryer
  • water to cover fryer
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 to 3 celery, chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 to 2 small carrots, chopped
  • 1 medium potato, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • rice

Instructions

  1. Boil fryer and debone.
  2. Add all ingredients to broth.
  3. Simmer until veggies tender.
  4. Add lots of black pepper, then chicken. Serve over rice.
