Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
  • 2 to 4 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 c. finely diced onion
  • 1 medium tomato, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp. cilantro (fresh), minced

Instructions

  1. Chop and blend together with a spoon.
  2. Refrigerate before serving.
  3. Note: Does not keep well overnight.
