Ingredients

  • 1 can chopped ripe olives
  • 1 can chopped chili peppers
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Mix together chopped olives, chopped chili peppers, chopped green onions, and chopped tomatoes in a bowl.
  2. Add red wine vinegar and cooking oil, then stir to combine.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add garlic powder to taste.
  5. Let chill overnight or for several hours before serving.
  6. Serve with Doritos or Tostitos.
