Hominy Dish

Ingredients

  • 2 cans hominy, drained
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 3 Tbsp. grated onion
  • potato chips

Instructions

  1. Mix Cheez Whiz, chili powder, soup and onion.
  2. Heat and pour over hominy.
  3. Pour hominy mix into greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle potato chips on top and bake at 350° for minutes.
  5. Last few minutes of baking time, sprinkle cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted.
