- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Line a jellyroll pan with foil and grease the foil.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, butter or margarine, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; bring to a boil.
- Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Measure nuts into a medium bowl. Pour the honey mixture over the nuts and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated nuts on the prepared pan.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the nuts are glazed and lightly browned, being careful not to burn.
- Cool the nuts in the pan for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil from the pan and transfer the nuts if desired.
