Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lime, lemon or orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 small pineapple, sliced and quartered
  • 1 kiwi, peeled, sliced and halved
  • 1/2 pt. strawberries, halved
  • 1/2 pt. blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together honey, lime, lemon, or orange juice, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Toss the mixture with all the prepared fruit—pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, and blueberries.
  3. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
