Honey Yeast Rolls

Instructions
- Dissolve honey in 1/4 cup warm water.
- Scald milk and add butter, honey, and salt; let the butter melt.
- Cool milk mixture to lukewarm.
- Add eggs and yeast, then add the flours.
- Mix well to combine.
- Knead until satin smooth.
- Place in a buttered bowl; cover and let rise for two hours, or until doubled in bulk.
- Punch down the dough and form into round balls about the size of a golf ball.
- Place the dough balls separately on a buttered cookie sheet or close together in a buttered round pan.
- Cover and let rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.
