Ingredients

  • 1 lb. onions
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. American cheese
  • 1 lb. shell macaroni
  • 2 1/2 cans tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook the hamburger, then drain well.
  2. In a double boiler, heat mushroom soup and American cheese until melted.
  3. Cook the shell macaroni until al dente.
  4. Add cooked hamburger, macaroni, chopped onions, tomatoes, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture.
  5. Transfer everything to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
