Ingredients

  • 2 (28 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3/4 cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce or 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Instructions

  1. Put the pork and beans into the crock-pot.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble it.
  3. Cook onions until limp.
  4. Add molasses, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce or chili powder, garlic powder, and ketchup to the beans.
  5. Add crumbled bacon and cooked onions to the beans.
  6. Turn on low and cook for several hours until flavors meld and beans are heated through.
