Ingredients

  • 20 Triscuit wafers
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped apple
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Line a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with foil and arrange the wafers in the pan, overlapping slightly.
  2. Mix the finely chopped apple, brown sugar, chopped pecans, melted margarine, and ground cinnamon; evenly spread over the wafers.
  3. Broil the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  4. Sprinkle the flaked coconut over the top.
  5. Remove the wafers from the pan and serve warm.
