Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. pitted prunes
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. sherry or orange juice

Instructions

  1. Place prunes, apricots, and pineapple in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Combine cherry pie filling, water, and sherry or orange juice.
  3. Pour the mixture over the fruit in the casserole dish.
  4. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Bake for 1 1/2 hours until heated through and bubbly.
