Ingredients

  • 1 lb. loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix grated Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, and chili powder; stir well.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture on each half of the French bread.
  4. Arrange sliced ripe olives on top of the cheese mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
