Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced toasted almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 c. coarsely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except grated cheese and crushed potato chips.
  2. Toss together to mix well.
  3. Put the mixture into a flat 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips on top.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
