Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup instant tea
  • 1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice
  • 1 can (12 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, diluted according to directions
  • 1 can (12 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, diluted to directions
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 whole nutmegs
  • 3 Tbsp. whole cloves
  • 4 (2-inch) cinnamon sticks
  • sliced oranges or lemons to serve

Instructions

  1. Use a 30-cup coffeepot.
  2. Put spices in the basket.
  3. Bring 1 1/2 cups water to boil and add tea to dissolve.
  4. Add pineapple juice, diluted orange juice, diluted lemonade, sugar, and spices to the coffeepot.
  5. Simmer until heated through and flavors meld.
