- Drain pineapple and reserve 2 1/2 tablespoons of juice.
- Put all fruit on paper towels so the fruit is dry.
- Arrange pineapple, peaches, apricots, and pears in a 2-quart casserole dish, then top with cherries.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, melted butter, and ground ginger.
- Pour the brown sugar mixture evenly over the arranged fruit.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
