Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 large jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 large white onion
  • raw salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the jalapeno peppers in olive oil over medium heat until toasted, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Place the cooked peppers, chopped white onion, oil, and salt into a blender.
  3. Liquefy until completely mixed.
  4. For a very hot salsa, leave all seeds in the peppers.
  5. For a milder flavor, remove all seeds from the peppers.
