Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 small jar chopped pimento
  • 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package directions; drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, mayonnaise, chopped pimentos, grated Cheddar cheese, and cream of mushroom soup.
