Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup picante sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • scallions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix together the thawed, drained, and squeezed spinach, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, picante sauce, Parmesan cheese, chopped tomato, and chopped scallions over the stove until well combined and heated through.
  2. Serve warm with crackers.
